Camping Manjastre has been welcoming guests in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Maures Massif nestled between National forest and hills in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the South of France.

Camping Manjastre is a family run campsite in a quiet location, just outside the great tourist bustle on the coast offering camping with a calm atmosphere.
We are located 5 miles. from the Mediterranean Sea and 3.5 miles from Bormes Les Mimosas (a beautiful medieval village).

Three generations
Camping Manjastre was originally created in 1968 by Mr & Mrs Biersteker and has remained in the family ever since. The campsite has always been their home (with three generations of the family now living here).
We all speak French, Dutch and English fluently, and have worked hard over the years developing our family campsite (which currently has a 3 star rating ***).

Family atmosphere
Many of our clients return year after year not only enjoying the wonderful weather, fantastic Mediterranean Sea and amazing walks but also enjoying the warm and friendly family atmosphere that is part of Camping Manjastre.

Camping Manjastre Grape harvest
It has become a tradition that some campers help with the grape harvest. With tractors, jeep and supporters the whole team pull together to the fields armed with pruners to help for a day to pick grapes. Then everyone returns to the cosy to the bar for a snack and or drink. They return the next year to sample ‘their’ wine.
